Risk of loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the products to the delivery address specified in the order.

Until ownership has transferred, Ciel Haven retains legal title to the products to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to apply additional verification procedures where necessary to prevent fraudulent transactions.
